I love optimising my life and I do so by applying new things in my life. I have started eating mainly plant based over 3 years ago and I noticed that even though I thought I was eating healthy I was feeling not so good. When my naturopath checked my urine and found out I wast to acidic and told me that a Macrobiotic diet would probably work wonders for me, I decided to give it a go.
When we have more energy, because lots of it is contained and not going to for instance digesting food, and when we look much better just by eating differently that means success to me and never change a winning team I say.
At least not for a few months ;-) I regularly post about my Macrobiotic journey on my blog. Including delicious recipes.
