Spot the beliefs and ditch the ones that don't serve you.
These are a couple of quotes from Seth by Lynda Madden Dahl:
** Before physical birth you form a mental concept of the body you will have.
** Within the basic framework of the body chosen before physical birth, the individual has full freedom to create a perfectly healthy functioning form.
** The body form is a mirror of beliefs, and will accurately materialise in flesh those ideas held by the conscious mind.
So this is super interesting in and of itself with regards to the body. And this means that it's applicable for anything and everything in your life! Everything starts with beliefs. And you have to recognise them. Also those from other that you buy into.
In general this is how you can spot a belief: For some people it is so, for other people it is not.
Or, sometimes with you it is so, sometimes with you it is not. An example:
Some people gain weight easily, others do not (this has to do with beliefs about food and the body not with how some people are built physically).
Some older people can do yoga and others can not. Some mothers find it easy to raise children others find it horrible.
So how can you spot a rule/fact of life?
Grass is green, the sky is blue, the sun is shining and when the clouds aren't in the way it is hot etc.
This is what Bashar has to say about it: The Five Universal Laws
1. You exist…you always have and you always will.
2. You are eternal.Everything is here and now.
3. The One is the All and the All is the One.
4. What you put out is what you get back.
5. Everything changes except for the first four…..
Now, I wholeheartedly choose at times to believe a belief I have, like my skin breaks out from sugar. Why? Because it's easier for me to quit the sugar and eat healthy (and I like it) than reprogram this belief. I have other beliefs, that I find more important to change at this point in my life.
This for today. Tomorrow more. Feedback and Questions are always welcome!
