YOGA in India
I did my 200 hours yoga teacher training and I'm allowed to teach Yoga.
This is actually not why I did my Teacher Training Course (ttc) and to be honest I have no idea why I did it.
Sometimes you just feel called to do things and this was the case now, too. It was one of the toughest things I have ever done. Next to quitting smoking almost 10 years ago.
It was worth it on many levels. For one physical, I finally am back to the body composition that I feel best in. And look at how my shoulder-blades and my back changed in just one month.
I know I have to spread this knowledge. Yoga balances us, body AND mind. Yoga calms. It heals. It is freaking painful when you begin and it's nourishing from day one.
Somethings are painful and they don't make sense. This is painful and it does make sense.
The first picture, left, is made on day 1 of my ttc, the second picture is made on the last day.
I had no idea that my shoulder blades could change. I was more curious about my overall body and the parts that I wanted to be more tight and thinner.
A blessing in a (painful ;-)) disguise.
And when I came home and saw myself in the picture I was even more pleasantly surprised, I am strong and fit ánd have the body composition I wanted to be back in for a long time.
The best is, I can still eat what I want (and I do!)
I will be offering private yoga and workshops to give people the low down on how we are meant to move. If you're serious about your body and about your yoga practice, invest the time and money to really learn how to move.
Your body and mind will love you for it. If you're interested in hearing where, when and how much, send me an email.
