Since I turned vegan I love to cook and to experiment with different kinds of flavours, ingredients, textures, everything.
I found out how to make healthy pancakes that taste like heaven, try it:
Pancake of spelt flour with water
Baked in coconut oil
Topped with almond paste, ahorn syrup grade c, raw cacao powder, coconut milk, coconut flakes, raisins, walnuts and black sesame seeds.
Add coconut oil in a pan and wait until it's heated up well. Add the mix of spelt flour and put a lid on the pan. It's good to turn up the heat so that it heats through and the bottom of the pancake get's a nice teint.
Turn the pancake once the top is dry and repeat. Both sides should bake for about 10 minutes.
Add the toppings and serve.
