Delicious pancakes ...

Since I turned vegan I love to cook and to experiment with different kinds of flavours, ingredients, textures, everything.

I found out how to make healthy pancakes that taste like heaven, try it:

 

  • Pancake of spelt flour with water

  • Baked in coconut oil

  • Topped with almond paste, ahorn syrup grade c, raw cacao powder, coconut milk, coconut flakes, raisins, walnuts and black sesame seeds.

Add coconut oil in a pan and wait until it's heated up well. Add the mix of spelt flour and put a lid on the pan. It's good to turn up the heat so that it heats through and the bottom of the pancake get's a nice teint.

 

Turn the pancake once the top is dry and repeat. Both sides should bake for about 10 minutes.

Add the toppings and serve.
