This is one of the easiest chocolate bars you have ever eaten. And you feel good after having eaten it. When I eat something that contains white sugar or fructose I literally feel myself grow. Do you know this feeling?
With this piece of chocolate heaven you will not. And on top of it it takes you only 15 minutes to make.
Here's what you need:
- 50 grams of cacao butter,
- 75 to 100 grams of unsweetened cacao powder (depending how dark and strong you like the chocolate to be,
- brown rice sirup to taste,
- hazelnuts, sesame seeds and line seeds,
- a cake form.
Heat water in a pan. Put the ingredients in a separate bowl and place the bowl in the pan with the water. So you're heating everything au bain marie. I've added quite some brown rice sirup. How much you add is a matter of taste. The more you add, the more the bar will get a brownie-ish texture. Mix everything well and when it's all dissolved and mixed poor it into the cake form.
Put it in the fridge. Et Voila.
Lots of Love,
